Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates specializing in a variety of software and hardware engineering disciplines. • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, in close strategic partnership with our sourcing team, through outbound sourcing, networking, and engagement with diverse candidate pools. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, while adhering to all requirements of the hiring process, including all policies and SOPs. • Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise in software, mechanical and electrical engineering principles. • Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies’s culture and values. • Build and maintain accurate data reporting and utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes. • Represent Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build the company’s employer brand.
Benefits
• $55 – $75 per hour • The posted salary represents the lowest and highest ranges RV Tech reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. Any posted salary range pertains only to the estimated starting pay for the role.
