• Proven experience marketing B2B conferences or other complex B2B products. • Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy. • Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation and marketing automation platforms. SalesForce Marketing Cloud, NEXT preferrable • A good understanding of digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO and website optimisation. • Confidence using CRM data, analytics and spreadsheets to assess performance and make recommendations. • Experience working with a website CMS and briefing creative assets. • A commercial mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, content and event teams. • An interest in financial services, treasury or business events.
