Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own and deliver operational plans, performance MI and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services – Referencing, Insurance products and Tenant Services. • Play a key role in the Rental Services Leadership team, steering discussions and decisions with data, insight and operational certainty. • Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas. • Lead the operational elements of new tech deployment/ product related evolutions across the business. • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities through process change and better insight. • Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business operations. • Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders. • Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives. • Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritised in decision making.
