Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience processing multi-country payrolls across EMEA and APAC. • Strong analytical capability with proven experience performing detailed reconciliations, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, high volume and deadline driven environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Adaptable and comfortable working within evolving processes and high-growth environments. • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software/UltiPro) and CloudPay advantageous. • CIPP qualification desirable. • Life at Ping: • We believe in and facilitate a flexible, collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processing across EMEA and APAC liaising closely with the 3rd party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Execute full payroll cycles including data validation, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, off-cycle payments, final settlements, and year-end processes. • Review and audit employee data changes, reconcile payroll outputs, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy. • Partner with People, Benefits, Accounting and Operations teams to maintain alignment on payroll processes, controls and policies. • Monitor and interpret changes in local labor legislation to ensure ongoing compliance across jurisdictions. • Provide payroll-related support to employees, resolving queries relating to pay, deductions, and payroll processes in a professional and timely manner. • Support internal and external audits by compiling and validating payroll documentation and reports.
