• 4–6 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation — with a measurable track record of pipeline sourced through partnerships
• An existing network of commerce and/or tech partners you can activate on day one
• Experience at or alongside companies like Klaviyo, Yotpo, TripleWhale or similar DTC/e-commerce tech vendors — you speak this ecosystem's language
• Experience owning and hitting targets: SQLs, deals, pipeline, revenue
• Experience using Crossbeam to extract insights from partners’ CRMs
• Hands-on experience running co-hosted events and webinars, with an equally strong instinct for non-event co-marketing plays (gated assets, co-branded research, swag collabs, joint campaigns)
• Comfort operating cross-functionally across Growth, Brand, Content, Partnerships, and Events
• Willingness to travel 10-15% — relationship-building in this role can happen in person
