Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field • Strong interest in sales, partnerships, media, or ad tech • Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs (Excel a plus) • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail • What You'll Gain • Hands-on experience in business development and partnership strategy • Exposure to the programmatic advertising and ad tech ecosystem • Direct mentorship from experienced commercial leaders • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, revenue-driving initiatives • $20 - $20 an hour • Pursuant to any state, local ordinance, or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation. • OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Responsibilities
• Identify and research prospective publisher partners across CTV, mobile app, and web • Analyze publisher business models, ownership structures, and monetization strategies • Support pipeline development and track new business opportunities • Prepare meeting briefs, opportunity summaries, and follow-up materials • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams • Conduct industry and competitive research across the programmatic ecosystem • Contribute to strategic projects including market expansion and publisher segmentation • Present insights and recommendations to the Publisher Development team
