Requirements
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products • Demonstrated leadership and hands-on expertise in adopting agentic development practices across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), leveraging tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Google Antigravity to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity • Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI application architectures • Ability to rapidly move from concept to MVP in fast-paced environments • Experience integrating AI capabilities into business processes and operational workflows • Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and accountability • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align engineering initiatives to business outcomes • Experience with Intercom, HubSpot or similar tools • SaaS, data, IoT or telematics experience • Startup or scale-up experience • Experience building scalable systems
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end development of LEVL’s AI Co-Pilot product, from MVP to scalable, production-ready solution • Design and implement scalable, secure, multi-tenant architecture • Build and integrate AI-driven workflows across the business • Work hands-on with AI tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude • Integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform • Collaborate directly with the CEO on product direction • Rapidly prototype and iterate with a focus on commercial outcomes • Support and mentor internal team members • Contribute to building a future engineering team
