Responsibilities
• 1. Deliver Results: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by prioritizing high-value prospects within a defined territory. • 2. Own the Sales Lifecycle: Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from discovery and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing. • 3. Build your Pipeline: Make prospecting part of your regular routine. • 4. Strategic Forecasting and Growth: Develop and execute territory plans that maintain a robust, multi-stage pipeline of opportunities. • 5. Product Champion: Champion our full suite of solutions, including Traffic Planning, Traffic Operations, Emergency Vehicle Preemption, Transit Signal Priority, and any other solutions available to market in the territory. • 6. Consult with Purpose: Act as a trusted advisor to city departments to uncover their needs and articulate the value of Miovision's solutions. • 7. Strategic Opportunity Management: Lead the coordination and development of RFP and RFI responses to position Miovision as the preferred vendor for modern traffic solutions. • 8. Maintain Data Integrity: Use Salesforce with discipline to provide leadership with accurate forecasts and clear visibility into your pipeline. • 9. Industry Trends: Stay sharp on market challenges and the competitive landscape to effectively position Miovision’s value proposition. • 10. Ecosystem Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Partners, Business Development and Marketing teams to launch regional campaigns. Engage an array of external influencers such as City Departments, City Mobility, Open Data, Engineering Firms, Academics, Consultants, etc • 11. Brand Ambassador: Represent Miovision in person on site with clients and at major trade shows. Travel up to 30%. • Specialized Sales Knowledge: Proven experience selling technology to public and private sector (B2B and B2G). You understand consultative selling methodologies, and how to navigate long cycles and public procurement processes (RFPs). • Domain Expertise: Understanding of the Mobility, ITS, or Traffic Engineering landscape. • Strategic Acumen: You don't just wait for leads; you build territory plans and maintain a robust, multi-stage pipeline of opportunities.(Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency is a must). • Hybrid Technology Fluency: Equally comfortable navigating the nuances of software systems and hardware-integrated traffic solutions and you can effectively communicate the value of both. • "Hunter" Mindset: You thrive on finding new business and have a proven track record of navigating multi-dimensional, complex sales environments. • Influence and Negotiation: Advanced negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence mid-to-senior level municipal stakeholders. • Self-driven: You are highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving industry. • The Networker: You excel at creating external visibility and fostering internal collaboration. • Travel: You’re ready to get out into the field, meet customers, and represent us at major trade shows (up to 30%). • Language Skills: Fluent English and at least one other Nordic language. • This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in France or the Netherlands.
