Requirements
• Strong learning mindset and proven enthusiasm for Web3 • 1–4 years of experience in sourcing talent, with exposure to technical or engineering roles • At least 1 years of experience in web3 specific talent pools or crypto adjacent companies (CEX’s / blockchain analytics / etc.) • Proven ability to run outbound sourcing end-to-end and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously • Strong written communication skills and comfort engaging highly technical candidates • High grit, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
• Proactively attract, network with, and source the top decile of tech + non-tech talent in web3 • Own and strategize how to build a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for our toughest and most high impact searches • Partner directly with our Founder and Engineering Leaders on market mapping, talent strategy, and hiring priorities • Contribute to wider HR work, recruiting operations, tooling, and automation projects as we scale
