Requirements

Responsibilities
• Spearhead initiatives to automate and optimize HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team. • Lead initiatives to develop and refine our global people processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements and ownership. • Take ownership of complex projects and data, supporting our People COEs and People Team Objectives. • Manage systems like JIRA ticketing and Lattice, ensuring their effective utilization to support various People Operations functions. • Provide support in data analytics and survey strategy, utilizing insights to continuously improve and evolve our People Operations strategies. • If you're passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strategic thinking to drive operational excellence in the realm of People Operations, we encourage you to apply.
