• Build, QA and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS channels. • Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution. • Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze. • Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus setup. • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives. • Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations. • Work closely with CRM Managers to execute lifecycle strategy. • Collaborate with Product, BI and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives. • Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and business priorities. • The next Midniter: • Has experience working within CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement. • Has hands-on experience building and launching CRM campaigns. • Is comfortable using CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools. • Has strong attention to detail and campaign QA standards. • Enjoys working with customer data, segmentation and testing. • Is organised, proactive and adaptable in fast-moving environments. • Has strong written communication skills. • Has an interest in sports betting, gaming or customer engagement industries. • Private health insurance with zero excess, including optical cover and optional dental. • Income protection to protect your earnings and give you peace of mind. • Tenure holiday policy.
