• Minimum of 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience is required. • In-Depth Knowledge of Life Science, Biotechnology, Digital Healthcare and/or Telemedicine industry verticals highly preferred. • Exceptional communicator with advanced skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, including public speaking. • Proven excellence in customer service, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact. • Strategic relationship builder, trusted to foster and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to quickly master and leverage new technologies. • Highly resourceful and proactive, with a strong track record of initiative, creative problem-solving, and driving process improvements. • Effective team leader with a history of successfully training, delegating, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance team performance. • Agile and adaptable, consistently responding to dynamic environments while proactively addressing issues and client needs. • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities — skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings. • Visionary project planner, recognized for expertise in strategic planning and continuous process optimization. • Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its complex features. • Thrives working with others in a fast paced environment. • Excellent management skills. Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback. • Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration: • Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. • The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $77,100 - $120,500. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
