Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events, PR, marketing, or a related commercial role. • Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience supporting media events, PR campaigns, or communications initiatives is an advantage. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. • Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services, sports, or other regulated industries is an advantage. • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools is preferred. • Profile • A proactive self-starter who enjoys getting things done and thrives on execution. • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership. • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building effective relationships across global teams. • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about the crypto industry and regulated markets. • Able to balance independent execution with collaboration, knowing when to take initiative and when to seek alignment. • Brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and enjoys operating in a high-growth, high-pace environment. • Why Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations across regulated markets, ensuring timely delivery and high execution standards. • Support regional teams in identifying and evaluating sponsorship and partnership opportunities, helping to prepare proposals, business cases, and activation plans. • Plan and execute regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, managing timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site operations. • Work closely with partners, agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure sponsorships, PR initiatives, and campaigns are well integrated and meet regulatory requirements. • Support PR initiatives by coordinating press events, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and announcement logistics alongside the Communications team. • Support contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, and other operational processes related to partnerships, PR activities, and events. • Track campaign, sponsorship, and PR performance, prepare post-event reports, and identify opportunities to improve future activations. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, media opportunities, and upcoming sponsorship opportunities, proactively bringing new ideas to the team.
