Requirements
• 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or product line • Strong experience partnering with sales teams to build sales enablement programs • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable positioning and strategy • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building new functions in a fast-moving startup • Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and leadership teams • Experience in martech, social media platforms, or commerce-related software • Experience working at a company through a Series A or Series B growth phase • Experience launching AI-powered products or technical platforms • Background working closely with enterprise sales teams
Responsibilities
• Develop and refine Nectar's positioning and messaging across different customer segments, including enterprise, mid-market, and emerging brands • Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs, creating battle cards and differentiation narratives for the sales team • Own product launches end-to-end, from positioning and naming to internal enablement and launch campaigns • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators • Partner closely with the sales team to understand buyer personas, refine our ideal customer profile, and improve win rates • Synthesize customer feedback, competitive trends, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions • Support company storytelling and fundraising efforts with compelling market narratives and positioning
