Subsplash - Product Marketing Manager
Requirements
• Models humility, innovation, and a drive for excellence • 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with direct experience in a B2B SaaS. B2C product marketing or marketing experience is a plus. • Proficiency with product marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Arcade, Hubspot, Thoughtspot, or similar) to promote and track funnel performance. • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics: activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, PQL volume, expansion revenue. • Comfortable and proficient with AI models and platforms (Claude, Gemini, etc) to improve efficiencies, workflows, and overall output. • Excellent written communication skills, with experience writing conversion-focused copy for self-serve landing pages and in-product messaging. • Comfortable building from ambiguity—you'll be supporting sales motions and competitive offerings that are new to the Subsplash platform. • Passionate about our products and how they can serve churches, ministries, and nonprofits. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple parallel projects while working independently with minimal supervision. • Working knowledge of GTM campaign planning, execution, and measurement. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Benefits
• The total compensation for this role will be between $110,000-120,000/yr. • Location • Subsplash currently has operations in 27 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in.
