ffg - Account Manager, Paid Social & Creative
Requirements
• 4+ years in agency account management or client services on paid social, with Meta as a primary revenue channel. • A track record of writing hooks and ad copy that ran, with results you can speak to. • Experience briefing designers and running creative feedback loops. • Fluency in Meta Ads Manager reporting at the ad and creative level. • Senior client-facing communication with directors, CMOs and founders. • Managing several accounts at once while staying within hours and retainers. • Location: Fully remote • Reports to: Matt Swulinski, Chief Strategy Officer • Works alongside: Designers, paid media strategists, lifecycle team
Responsibilities
• The client relationship. Weekly calls, meeting notes, roadmaps and status updates. You're the first call for your clients and you keep them informed before they ask. • Delivery and scope. Priorities, timelines and hours across our internal team. You flag scope creep early and keep work inside the retainer. • Creative strategy. A clear creative point of view for each account: positioning territories, angles mapped to audience, objection and funnel stage, and a testing roadmap with the read plan set before launch. • Hooks and copy, written by you. Hook variants, on-screen copy, primary text and headlines. You can produce dozens of distinct ideas a month. • Tight briefs to designers. Specific briefs our designers can build from the first time, and sharp feedback when the work comes back. • Reading performance. Hook rate, hold rate, frequency and fatigue, and cost per result by concept. You pull the numbers yourself in Ads Manager, form a view, and explain it plainly to clients. • Iteration. You extend winners with new hooks, formats and framings rather than starting from scratch. • AI-native. Our team works with Claude, Claude Code and Cursor every day for data pulls, reporting and analysis. You don't need to be an engineer, but you reach for tools when manual work stops scaling. • Generative tools raise output, not lower the bar. Bring a tested opinion on where they help and where they look generic. • Writing-first. We're remote, async and documented. Clear written communication is the job. • What we are not • Not a designer role. You brief and review; designers execute. • Not a pure media buyer role. On a flat week your first instinct is to question the creative, not the bids.
