surge-ai - Recruiter, Expert Workforce

• You’ve found people in pools nobody else could crack, more than once, and not with the standard playbook. Tell us what you tried and what flopped. • When volume grows, you change how the work gets done instead of adding people. • You’ve won over people who had no reason to care, or who were skeptical. You can be honest and still persuasive. • You can talk to a domain expert as a peer and explain why their work matters to the frontier of AI without hype. • You can read a funnel and tell what’s working. • You write well. Experts notice. • You care whether the people you bring in are actually good. • You tell us when our target profile is wrong, and show us why.
