Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand the requirements and nuances of roles across GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A • Strategic Partnership: • Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units, maintaining the flexibility to shift focus based on evolving regional priorities • Full-Spectrum Sourcing: • Engagement & Outreach: Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalised, high-conversion outreach that clearly communicates our value proposition and unique challenges • Engagement & Outreach: • Candidate Assessment: Lead initial phone screens to evaluate professional competency, experience, and overall cultural fit • Candidate Assessment: • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes and regional regulations (including GDPR) • Data Integrity: • Seamless Coordination: Work closely with recruiters and scheduling teams to ensure a premium candidate experience from initial contact through to the interview stage • Seamless Coordination: • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, EMEA market insights, and talent acquisition best practices, sharing actionable recommendations with the wider recruiting team • Market Intelligence:
