Requirements
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS • 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams • Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectations • Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insights • Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience • Strong understanding of our technical and competitive landscape • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment • While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework • Prior experience managing managers • Prior Figma, design or development experience • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. • Pay Transparency Disclosure • If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. • Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Responsibilities
• Build, develop, and inspire talented, hard-working Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals • Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes • Analyze and manage the performance of our AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics • Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POCs/trials and establish initiatives to continue up-leveling our AMER Solutions Consultants • Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building and to help advance open opportunities • Recruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team • Leverage customer feedback and outcomes to collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvements • Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader
