Requirements
• 3+ years of quota attainment at a software startup in the infrastructure, security, open source space • 1+ year experience working at a growing start up selling to scaling AI, fintech or e-commerce companies • Experience in articulating the value of a product, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations • Humility, curiosity, resilience, and a sense of humor. • You're not afraid of prospecting. • How We Hire — Instructions • Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do. • You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and four team member, a presentation including clear instructions.
Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, InfoSec teams, and business stakeholders. • Develop a territory plan and relentlessly execute against it in order to exceed your quota. • Understand the nuances of selling open source technology. • Help us foster our open source community and grow our commercial offering. • Identify and excite champions at your key accounts so they become your executive sponsors. • Navigate complex deals involving several stakeholders across engineering and InfoSec without coming across as "Salesy." • Mentor our Sales Development Reps. Benefits
• On Target Earnings $200K – $225K • Offers Equity • The On Target Earnings range for new hires in this role is between $200,000 and $225,000 for level 3. The salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
