Requirements
• Associate degree, preferably in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or similar field; or equivalent combination of skills and experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation • Foundational technical knowledge including basic ETL processes, SQL querying, sFTP servers, and file path navigation (Linux/Mac OS and Windows) • Strong analytic mindset with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex data issues • Collaborative approach with willingness to actively engage across cross-functional teams • Excellent customer support skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and internal teams • Growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn new technology and continuously develop technical skills • Experience writing scripts using SQL • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools • Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support roles • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field; or equivalent combination of skills and experience. • Product knowledge of Renaissance products, particularly DnA, eduCLIMBER, and FastBridge. • Experience with educational technology or working in K-12 educational environments.
