At least 5 of these years have been focused on partnering with technical leaders/organizations, ideally within a technology company. You have experience in driving change management, leadership changes, organization design, talent strategy, performance management, coaching, executive relationship building, etc.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership coaching to enhance capabilities and Marqetan experience for Technology teams.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of various programs.
Contribute to the development of leaders and teams in a complex business environment as part of People Business Partner team.
Report directly to Head of Global People Business Partners, playing a critical role within Marqeta's organization structure.
Define and implement standards for high-performance engineering teams with technical career frameworks, metrics, and talent density improvements.
Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration across the People Experience organization to build effective people programs while minimizing complexity.
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by enabling confident decisions on complex issues using data for understanding Technology team’s needs.
Coach senior executives and leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, employee experience to ensure that initiatives drive growth and transformation.
Champion high-performance culture where teams thrive and deliver results.
Provide HR expertise by executing performance management initiatives, career planning, performance cycles, engagement surveys at a Marqeta-wide level.
Leverage people analytics to advise on talent moves, retention strategies, succession planning for technical leadership roles within the organization.
Design and facilitate team and talent discussions using expertise in People Business Partner role to drive clarity, collaboration, engagement, alignment across Marqeta's workforce.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
National: $179,800 - $224,700
Premium: $194,600 - $243,200
Premium Plus: $211,400 - $264,300
