Responsibilities

• Define Kraken’s global point of view on great data operating models— covering organisational patterns, decision-making, ways of working. • Create scalable transformation playbooks, workshops and client approaches that help organisations adopt modern data practices. • Enable delivery teams to lead stronger client transformations through practical frameworks, coaching and senior escalation support. • Develop reusable data value use cases and transformation patterns that accelerate adoption and create compelling business proof points. • Lead critical and complex client conversations, particularly where organisational change or data transformation risk is involved. • We are building a Kraken for everyone, a universal platform where there is greater benefit in sharing development to enable the green energy transition.
