In Office Senior EMEA Business Intelligence Analyst Reporting LTV

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical commercial reporting end to end, measuring monthly gross profit, reconciling it to Finance and presenting numbers the board can trust • Run and evolve the analytics stack: the semantic layer, per-brand P&L, LTV cohorts and Single Customer View • Turn retention economics into decisions, using cohort and CRM uplift analysis to guide where budget is invested • Partner directly with commercial, CRM and Finance stakeholders to answer the questions that move the vertical • Set the reporting standards and mentor junior analysts as the pod grows
