Careem - Team Lead - Account management

• 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales, ideally within thetech, e-commerce, or food delivery sectors. • 2+ years of team leadership experience with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. • Based in Dubai with occasional travel across the UAE as needed. • What we’ll provide you • We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
