• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5-7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre‑sales, sales engineering, or a related customer‑facing role. • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products, preferably in public safety, government, or other regulated environments. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage pre‑sales responsibilities for assigned products. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Strong AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows, with the ability to confidently demonstrate AI-enabled product capabilities and translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes. • Solid understanding of SaaS solution concepts, customer workflows, and implementation considerations. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy.
