Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in video content production, content operations, creator partnerships, digital media production, franchise development, or a related field • Experience producing or managing creator-led, YouTube-native, or digitally native content from concept through publication • Strong understanding of production management, including timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, and content delivery • Experience working across multiple creative disciplines, including video, animation, creators, and external production partners • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to evaluate content against creative objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities • Experience working within gaming, UGC platforms, creator ecosystems, or digital entertainment • Familiarity with Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, or creator-led gaming communities • Experience supporting youth, family, or Gen Alpha audiences • Experience working with mixed-media production pipelines involving animation, gameplay capture, creators, and live-service content • Experience building or improving production systems, operational workflows, or content infrastructure • Experience managing content ecosystems that combine creators, community content, and professional production partners • Experience supporting franchise storytelling, narrative content, or lore-driven content initiatives • Familiarity with creator marketing, influencer programs, or community-led content strategies • Experience working on content for highly engaged online communities • Passion for gaming, creator culture, and digital entertainment • PORTFOLIO EXPECTATIONS • We'd love to see... • Content series you have produced or managed from concept through publication • Production systems, workflows, or operational processes you have built or improved • Multi-stakeholder creative projects you have coordinated • YouTube, creator-led, gaming, or digitally native content you have helped bring to market
Responsibilities
• Own the Production Pipeline • You'll build and run the systems that keep Brookhaven's content ecosystem moving smoothly across multiple formats and stakeholders. • Own and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring content plans align with franchise priorities, game updates, and publishing schedules • Manage day-to-day relationships with external production partners, guiding projects from initial brief through concept review, rough cuts, revisions, and final delivery • Build clear workflows between internal creative stakeholders and external collaborators, including editors, animators, voice actors, and creators • Establish review and approval processes that maintain a high quality bar while keeping production moving efficiently • Proactively identify risks, capacity constraints, and resourcing challenges before they impact delivery • Connect Creative to Production • You'll help transform franchise ideas, stories, and lore into content that can be executed effectively and consistently. • Translate creative briefs, narrative objectives, and franchise priorities into production-ready plans, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure production partners and collaborators have the context they need to execute content that feels authentic to the Brookhaven universe • Review content throughout production, ensuring deliverables align with franchise goals, brand standards, tone, and audience expectations • Identify creative drift early and provide feedback before projects reach final stages of production • Serve as a bridge between creative vision and production execution • Run the Creator & Community Loop • Brookhaven's community is a valuable source of ideas, trends, and storytelling. You'll help build the systems that connect community insights back into the content strategy. • Partner with Community and Social teams to monitor player trends, fan theories, creator activity, and emerging content opportunities • Surface insights and community signals that can inspire future content initiatives • Manage creator and community content submission workflows, including player clips, creator contributions, and community spotlight opportunitie • Build relationships across the creator ecosystem and identify creators who align with Brookhaven's brand and audience • Support creator partnerships by coordinating briefs, resources, approvals, and communication throughout the production process • Coordinate Across the Franchise Team • You'll be the operational hub connecting content production, creative direction, game updates, and external partners. • Coordinate regularly with franchise, creative, community, and game teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines • Maintain visibility across all active projects, ensuring stakeholders understand what is in development, production, review, and scheduled for release • Coordinate the execution of content tied to major franchise moments, lore reveals, and in-game events • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external production partners, escalating strategic or creative decisions when appropriate • Ensure communication flows smoothly across teams and projects • Build the Infrastructure • We're building this function for the long term. You'll play a key role in creating the systems, processes, and foundations that enable future growth. • Design and document scalable production workflows that support multiple content formats and increasing output • Build and maintain organized asset management systems, including gameplay captures, approved creative assets, character references, and brand resources • Develop efficient systems for collecting, reviewing, and utilizing community-generated content • Create documentation and operating procedures that improve consistency and reduce operational dependencies • Continuously identify opportunities to improve how content is planned, produced, and delivered
