Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the commercetools Platform. • Work closely with Product and Engineering on AI-powered capabilities such as large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, model orchestration, and AI platform integrations. • Define and communicate the value of our connected commerce ecosystem to customers, partners, and developers. • Explain complex technical concepts creatively to various personas with different levels of technical aptitude. • Use data and research analytically for positioning and messaging that resonates. • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories inspiring adoption and market differentiation. • Shape innovation narratives across the commercetools portfolio in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
