NICE - Commercial Business Partner, International
Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives. • Independently advance opportunities, drive consensus across stakeholders, and close large, complex deals. • Represent NiCE Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events to create awareness and generate new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). • Achieve ARR & ACV (Average Contract Value) booking targets by closing deals via direct channels as well as partner ecosystem. • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential clients or leads for future sales efforts. • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, which are requests for information from prospective customers seeking solutions that Cognigy can provide. • Run full sales cycles from account planning through closing deals with the support of internal resources and partner channel when necessary.
