Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience designing and implementing OpenText xECM for SAP • Experience integrating xECM with SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and/or ECC) • Strong enterprise content management background with OpenText Content Server • Comfort moving between solution design and hands-on delivery • Client-facing consulting experience and excellent English communication skills • An ownership mindset: on small teams, everyone’s impact shows • SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience. If you can wear both the xECM and SuccessFactors hats, we really want to talk to you. • SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience. • Experience with xECM for SuccessFactors • Experience with clients in energy, oil and gas, or utilities • OpenText or SAP certifications. If you don’t have them yet, our client will support you in getting certified.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing OpenText Extended ECM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Suite • Leading client conversations to understand business processes and translating them into xECM configurations • Staying hands-on with configuration and technical delivery, not just drawing the architecture • Working in small, focused project teams, usually a project manager, an architect (you!), and a delivery specialist • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
