Requirements
• The Senior Director, Human Resources will lead and manage the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for aligning global people strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring consistent yet locally relevant HR practices and compliance governance across the United States, APAC and EMEA. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience. • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time in senior HR leadership roles. • Proven experience leading global HRBP teams across multiple regions, including the US, India, Singapore, Japan, Malta, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Australia, Netherlands and the UK. • Strong knowledge of international employment laws, labour practices, and cultural dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced, global organization. • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. • Experience supporting fintech, technology, multinational, or matrixed organizations. • Track record of leading through change, transformation, and growth. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and insights. • High degree of cultural intelligence, adaptability, and global mindset.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement global HR strategies to support business objectives across all regions where the company operates. • Lead a team of professionals in managing talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates globally, coordinating with local recruiters, conducting interviews, negotiations, onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with various employment laws across different countries. • Collaborate closely with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies that align with the company's mission and culture while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Oversee employee relations, performance evaluations, compensation plans, benefits administration, training programs, succession planning, retention efforts, and organizational development activities to ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals. • Manage the company's global talent pool by identifying skill gaps, developing strategies for attracting top talent in various industries, establishing partnerships with educational institutions or professional organizations, organizing employee referral programs, and facilitating internal mobility within the organization to retain high performers. • Monitor industry trends related to workforce planning, labor market conditions, demographic shifts, technological advancements, legal changes in employment laws across different countries where we operate, as well as emerging best practices for talent management and employee engagement strategies that can impact our organization's ability to attract and retain top talent. • Develop and maintain a strong company culture by promoting open communication between employees at all levels of the organization, fostering teamwork and collaboration across different regions where we operate, organizing regular events or activities for social interaction among colleagues from diverse backgrounds, as well as providing opportunities for professional development to enhance employee engagement. • Represent our company in various industry associations, networking groups, conferences, workshops, seminars and other public speaking engagements related to human resources management practices across different regions where we operate while maintaining a focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the HR community as well as potential candidates for future hiring needs. • Maintain compliance with various employment laws, regulations, and policies in each country or region where our company operates by staying up to date with changes in legislation related to labor rights, workplace safety standards, anti-discrimination practices, employee benefits administration, compensation plans, performance evaluations, termination procedures, grievance resolution processes, as well as privacy laws and data protection regulations. • Develop strategies for managing the company's global talent pool by identifying skill gaps in various industries across different regions where we operate while establishing partnerships with educational institutions or professional organizations to develop training programs that can enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies required
