Baringa - Consultant - Government, AI

• Experience working within consulting, government, healthcare, local government or wider public sector environments, with exposure to transformation, digital, data or technology-enabled change. • Understanding of how government organisations operate, including the practical constraints associated with governance, information security, data privacy and operational delivery. • Strong interest in AI adoption and practical experience using leading AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent tools within day-to-day work. • Experience supporting organisations in the adoption of new technologies, digital tools, operating model changes or transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop practical recommendations. • Experience creating high-quality client-facing deliverables, presentations, reports and workshop materials. • Ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. • A proactive approach to learning, with curiosity about emerging AI developments and their practical application in public sector settings. • Commitment to the responsible use of AI, with an appreciation of governance, risk and ethical considerations associated with AI adoption. • A pragmatic mindset that focuses on creating measurable value and tangible outcomes rather than pursuing technology for its own sake. • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
