Designed Conveyor Systems - Controls Commissioning Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. • 1+ years of experience commissioning industrial automation, controls, or material handling systems. • Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar. • Experience working with industrial field devices including sensors, scanners, encoders, actuators, and safety devices. • Understanding of industrial networking concepts such as Ethernet/IP and other industrial communication protocols. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and wiring diagrams. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues under project deadlines. • Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites throughout project commissioning. • Experience in warehouse automation, logistics, or high‑speed manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems, MES integration, or WCS/WMS interfaces. • Knowledge of safety systems (SIL-rated devices, safety PLCs, lockout/tagout procedures). • Experience with barcode readers and/or vision systems. • This job description is not exhaustive.
