Ritual - Ecosystem Engineer
Requirements
• Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python • Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development • Proficiency with web3 tools (Ethers, Viem, Foundry, etc.) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have: • Background in developer relations or advocacy • Track record contributing to open-source projects • Experience with infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems, or previous web3 roles
Responsibilities
• Drive and own ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption • Track and deeply understand emerging technologies at the intersection of AI and blockchain, particularly autonomous agents, AI orchestration, and decentralized compute • Build exciting proof-of-concepts using the latest frameworks and tools • Rapidly prototype and validate new integration patterns • Create reference implementations and drive technical partnerships through demos • Create technical content and resources to educate developers • Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and validate new technologies • Deep understanding of the AI + blockchain ecosystem and emerging frameworks • building with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools • with Solidity and EVM smart contract development • Proficiency with web3 tools (Ethers, Viem, Foundry, etc.) • Strong product intuition and ability to identify compelling use cases • Excellent communication • and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have: • Background in developer relations or advocacy • Track record contributing to open-source projects • with infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems, or previous web3 roles • History of successful technical content creation • Highly competitive • with annual discretionary bonus and optimized tax structure
