Requirements

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Responsibilities
• Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management. • Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: • Build Pipeline & Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent, manage pipeline metrics, and effectively leverage sourcing tools and vendors. • Build Pipeline & Sourcing Strategies: • Optimize the Interview Process: Refine and optimize our hiring workflows to ensure a fast, competitive, and world-class candidate experience from first contact to close. • Optimize the Interview Process: • Partner with Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recruiting recommendations. • Partner with Sales Leadership: • Elevate Recruiting Practices: Participate in and lead special projects or recruiting initiatives to continually up-level Ethos' employer brand and sales hiring best practices. • Elevate Recruiting Practices:
