Requirements
• · Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes· Ability to tailor delivery methods, including waterfall, Agile or Scrum, to the work in front of you· Understanding of test and diagnosis across silicon, packaged devices, PCB assemblies, server blades and rack scale systems· Ability to connect hardware design, manufacturing, test, lab infrastructure and silicon characterisation activity· Experience managing complex dependencies across technical, operational and manufacturing constraints· Strong communication skills for independent ownership and alignment across geographically distributed teams • While we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.
