Requirements
• Recently graduated, or graduating this year, in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance or similar. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions. • Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and large datasets. • Curious, detail-oriented and naturally interested in understanding how businesses operate. • Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly. • Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools is a bonus, but not essential. • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analysis clearly to non-technical audiences. • A proactive mindset—you enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions. • What you'll learn • Over the course of the role you'll gain hands-on experience in: • Financial modelling and workforce planning • People analytics and business intelligence • Organisational design and operating models • Executive reporting and board-level analysis • Budgeting and forecasting • Data visualisation and dashboard development • AI-powered analytical workflows • Commercial decision-making in a high-growth fintech • You'll work closely with the People Planning & Analytics Lead and the VP People, giving you exposure to strategic projects that most graduates wouldn't see until much later in their careers.
Responsibilities
• Support the management of Teya's global headcount and people cost data, ensuring information is accurate, complete and trusted. • Build and maintain dashboards covering key people metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, internal mobility and organisational health. • Analyse trends across the business and identify insights that help leaders make better decisions. • Support workforce planning by updating hiring forecasts, headcount plans and people cost models. • Assist with scenario modelling for hiring plans, organisational changes and business cases. • Help prepare analysis and presentations for Executive Team, Board and leadership meetings. • Work with Finance to ensure people forecasts remain accurate and aligned with company budgets. • Support the implementation and ongoing development of our planning tools, including Pigment. • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality and simplify analytical processes using AI and modern tooling. • Partner with the wider People team to answer ad hoc analytical questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
