Requirements
• Develop/refine setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they are developed and come into production. • Track customer project status and health, ensuring efficient engagement and delightful customer experience. • Lead customer communications for integration onboarding projects. • 5-7 years of experience functional/technical delivering integrations for SaaS or related solution delivery • Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations using an iPaaS platform, with strong preference for Workato; experience with Zapier, Tray.io, or MuleSoft considered transferable. • Experience working in and driving an agile process to manage and deliver customer outcomes • Technical acumen: SQL, JSON, API server to server integrations; intermediate coding experience a plus • Strong customer management, communication, collaboration skills • You have built and maintained multiple real-world integrations (not just configured templates) in an iPaaS platform • Integration middleware; orchestration, workflow, technical specifications, process management • Applications: familiar with SFDC, JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Postman, Workbench, Metabase, Temporal • Notice to Candidates: • EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations. Responsibilities
• Technical Integration Management: Lead multiple concurrent customer onboarding projects, managing API-based configurations and data mapping using SQL and JSON to ensure seamless connectivity. • Process Optimization: Develop and refine standardized setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they transition into production to improve efficiency and reliability. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with customer teams and internal partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive project health. • Project Governance: Track and manage project status using agile methodologies (Kanban/Jira) to ensure a high-quality and timely customer experience. • What we look for: • SaaS Integration Experience: 5–7 years of experience delivering functional or technical integrations, with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft. • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations; experience with tools like Postman, Workbench, or Metabase is highly preferred. • Agile Project Management: Proven ability to drive agile processes and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic Communication: Excellent customer management and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear outcomes for stakeholders. • Compensation All full-time employees will receive a competitive total compensation package, including salary and equity (stock options). • The base compensation for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 USD. • Notice to Candidates: • EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations.
