Requirements
• Analytical and commercial: You think in numbers and trade-offs. You can build a model, defend a recommendation, and translate data into a commercial outcome. • Analytical and commercial: • Hands-on operator: Comfortable in the weeds. You pull the data yourself, write the SQL or the pivot, run the supplier review, and fix the issue. You don’t wait for someone else to produce the dashboard. • Hands-on operator: • Strong communicator and influencer: You can sit with a supplier, a Product Manager, and a senior leader in the same week and earn credibility with each. Calm, clear, well-prepared. • Strong communicator and influencer: • Customer empathy, supply-side: You take the time to understand suppliers’ businesses (how they make money, what frustrates them, what they need from us) and translate that into clear internal advocacy. • Customer empathy, supply-side: • Ownership mindset: Proactive, decisive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You don’t wait to be told. • Ownership mindset: • Tech-savvy: Fluent with the tools that move the work (BI/analytics, CRMs, integration concepts). You can hold a credible conversation with engineering when you need to. • Tech-savvy: • Bonus: Exposure to marketplaces, supplier networks, automotive parts, or B2B SaaS where the supply side matters.
