Huckleberrylabs - Huckleberry Labs - Senior Brand Designer

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design, in-house or in an agency setting. • Strong understanding of the formal elements of graphic design, including typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. • A creative focus on visual design applied across surfaces such as web, mobile product, digital campaigns, video, and print. • A passion for branding, demonstrated through a portfolio of strong work across a variety of contexts, with a focus on brand systems. • Experience working with motion designers to conceptualize and build motion as part of a broader brand system. Individual motion experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and non-designers alike. • A curiosity to stay current with evolving design tools and techniques, balanced with a desire to develop an original, opinionated visual point of view. • A track record of collaborating with design, marketing, and business partners to translate project needs, audience insights, and constraints into thoughtful design decisions. • An ability to balance multiple projects, independently prioritize work based on project objectives and business goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • A proactive, self-directed work style and the ability to operate independently on a small team. • Thoughtful, collaborative, and high-quality in your approach to the work. • Huckleberry Labs is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
