Requirements
• Proven track record of reliable execution: You keep commitments, hit deadlines, and maintain a high quality bar whether the task is a board pack or a laptop order; you're the person others rely on to get things done • Structured rigour combined with real scrappiness: 3–5 years spanning professional services or consultancy, where you learned accuracy and process, alongside startup or entrepreneurial experience that taught you to operate at pace without waiting to be briefed • High agency: You identify what needs to exist, build it, and move on; you're comfortable making calls without being told exactly what to do and you don't need a brief for everything • Experience in cybersecurity, technical B2B SaaS, or enterprise software; the deals, customers, and compliance landscape will click into place faster • Familiarity with the tools: Linear, HubSpot, Deel, Vanta, DocuSign, Google Sheets
