Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing and first experience managing, programming, and optimising YouTube channels within the music industry (Label, Distributor, DSP etc) or a similar field. Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution. • Fluency in verbal and written English and French • Strong understanding and knowledge of marketing in France • You are passionate about the music business and have a desire to build a career in the industry. • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and the current platform trends and updates required • An understanding of digital service provider platforms and how they can be used in digital marketing campaigns to elevate music consumption and discovery • A strong proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and interpret release performance, trends, and metrics. • Photoshop, Canva, HTML and video editing software experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between artists, labels, internal teams, and external clients • Familiarity with Google Suite and project management software a plus • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Responsibilities
• Label & Artist Communication: Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned labels and artists, leading discussions around marketing strategies within the online space, campaign planning, data collection and CRM execution and ongoing performance evaluation. • Label & Artist Communication • Creativity: Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns in order to remain at the forefront of marketing and audience development. • Creativity: • Strategic Oversight: Oversee and manage marketing campaigns for high-priority releases, with a focus on artist and label initiatives. Drive informed decisions based on data and performance metrics. You will be expected to keep on top of current online trends and tools and how they can be utilised within marketing campaigns. • Strategic Oversight • Performance Analysis: Analyse the impact of campaigns and the value of various segments of fans and audiences identifying trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize both pre-and post-release strategies.
