Level Access - Product Marketing Specialist
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Product Launch Planning and Execution: Partner with your colleagues in Product Management and Product Marketing to bring new offerings to market. Support launch planning and execution by tracking deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs. • Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Collect and organize internal and external data regarding target markets, business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Help analyze and translate into actionable insights for product marketing, product management, and commercial teams. • Positioning and Messaging: Write competitive and market positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions for assigned products and solutions. Coordinate review and approval cycles to ensure messaging is timely and accurate. • Customer Intelligence: Partner with Customer Marketing to collect and organize input from customers, prospects, sellers, customer success, and win/loss programs to develop and maintain high quality buyer personas, customer journey maps. • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Enablement Team to help create tools and training that help sales and customer-facing teams communicate value, handle objections, and improve consistency in the field. • Performance Tracking: Track key activity metrics, feedback, and adoption indicators for launches, content, and enablement programs. • Product Marketing Operational Support: Maintain templates, repositories, project trackers, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
