Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Strategy, or Market Intelligence, Management Consulting • High technical literacy; comfortable analyzing technical documentation and platform integrations. • Proven ability to influence senior product and engineering leaders through rigorous commercial and technical data. • Experience navigating the "Discovery" phase of the product lifecycle in B2B SaaS or FinTech. • Experience in HR Tech, API's and or payment rails preferred.
Responsibilities
• Drive Product Discovery: Lead market validation and technical research for new platform capabilities. You will identify "white space" in the market and translate those opportunities into prioritized product requirements. • Drive Product Discovery: • Technical Benchmarking: Perform deep-dive analysis of competitor technical architectures, API stability, and implementation workflows. You will provide the "Technical Truth" that ensures our roadmap remains ahead of industry standards. Architect Internal Business Cases: • Technical Benchmarking: • Bridge the gap between technical research and financial justification.
