• Strengths in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. • Experience pricing opportunities for the Department of Defense or other Federal civilian agencies. • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). • Experience supporting capture strategy and Price-to-Win discussions. • Understanding of Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), wage determinations, and labor category mapping. • Experience working with indirect rate structures and multi-year financial projections. • Knowledge of proposal development tools and enterprise financial systems. • ## Working Conditions • Environmental Conditions • The Candidate must have a dedicated space, free of distraction. • Strength Demands • Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles such as laptop. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
