FeverUp - Support Agent - Southern Europe
Requirements
• You live in Spain and are legally eligible to work here. • Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus! • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Experience in administrative support, operations, finance support, or a similar role. • Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with different stakeholders. • A proactive and reliable approach, with strong follow-up skills and a focus on accuracy. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Previous experience in the events, entertainment, or music industry is a plus. 🎵
Responsibilities
• Finance & Supplier Management • Manage supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation across P&L statements. • Follow up on supplier payment issues, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining communication with suppliers to resolve outstanding issues. • Administrative & Operational Support • Manage artist contracting requests and purchase orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time. • Assist with music licensing reports, database updates, and other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team's day-to-day operations. • Event Plan Compliance • Review event plans before they go on sale, checking event copy, ticket quantities, and other key details for accuracy. • Flag discrepancies and coordinate the necessary corrections with the relevant teams.
