Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 business development and ecosystem partnerships • Deep knowledge of the Web3 space, especially gaming and token incentive models • Prior experience working with Web3 gaming and knowledge of traditional gaming business models is preferred • Understanding of zero-knowledge tech and its potential in decentralized infrastructure • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage ecosystem partnerships within the Web3 space for Xsolla Plus initiatives. • Oversee special projects related to web3 technology integration with our services. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, legal and compliance, finance, operations, HR, communications, business development, partnerships, alliances & strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of goals across the organization. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of web3 technology trends in order to identify opportunities for growth within our ecosystems and guide Xsolla's strategy accordingly. • Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, customers, vendors, influencers, thought leaders, media outlets, industry associations, regulatory bodies, government agencies, academic institutions, nonprofits, community organizations to foster collaboration and drive business growth within the web3 space for Xsolla Plus initiatives. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our current ecosystem partnerships landscape in order to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement that will benefit both parties involved as well as contribute positively towards overall company success. • Identify potential new partners and evaluate their compatibility with existing relationships while ensuring alignment between partner goals/values & those at Xsolla Plus initiatives; negotiate terms of engagement, establish mutually beneficial agreements which are fair for all parties involved including customers who may be impacted by these changes. • Develop strategies to strengthen current partnerships and ensure they continue delivering value over time while also identifying potential new opportunities within the web3 space that could benefit both Xsolla Plus initiatives as well our existing ecosystems; this includes evaluating partner performance against agreed upon metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores etc., providing regular feedback on areas of improvement where necessary. • Develop and implement strategies to attract new partners into the web3 space while also identifying potential opportunities for expansion within current relationships which may require additional resources or changes in terms/conditions; this includes conducting market research & competitive analysis, attending industry events etc., networking with relevant stakeholders who could potentially become part of our ecosystem partnerships. • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing partners while also identifying potential areas for improvement which may require additional resources or changes in terms/conditions; this includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback on areas where improvements can be made etc., negotiating new agreements when necessary based upon evolving business needs. • Develop and implement strategies to manage conflicts within our ecosystem partnerships while also identifying potential opportunities for growth which may require additional resources or changes in terms/conditions; this includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback on areas where improvements can
