Requirements
• Lead the practical coordination of events—from setting up the physical space and managing AV/Livestream technicals to attendee registration and post-event breakdown. • Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers. You will translate briefs into commercial offers, manage expectations, and identify "upsell" opportunities to add value to their experience. • Source and coordinate external suppliers (catering, AV, decor). You’ll negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality-to-cost ratio while maintaining Daos Hub’s high standards. • Maintain rigorous documentation, manage individual event budgets, and produce post-event reports summarizing attendance, feedback, and key insights. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with the needs of our Web3 residents, fostering an environment of networking and knowledge sharing. • 2+ years in event management (experience in Tech hubs, Coworking spaces, or high-paced agencies is a major plus). • A "hospitality-first" mindset. You understand that the difference between a good event and a great one lies in the details and how you make people feel. • Proficiency in event management tools (CRM, project management software) and a solid grasp of AV equipment and live-streaming setups. • Fluency in English (C1/Advanced). You are a confident communicator who can pitch a commercial offer and handle high-pressure situations with grace. • The ability to multitask across 15+ projects a month without losing your attention to detail. • A genuine interest in Web3, blockchain, and the future of technology.
