Responsibilities
• 5+ years managing platform or infrastructure teams at high-growth tech companies • Prior experience managing multiple teams or multiple charters • Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality • Track record of maintaining and scaling shared infrastructure in measurable, concrete ways • Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role • Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Effective communicator and story-teller.
