Requirements

Responsibilities
• As a key contributor, you’ll ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and deliver exceptional support to employees across multiple countries. If you’re passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and elevating the employee experience, we’d love to hear from you. • Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, liaising with external providers to ensure smooth execution. • Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations. • Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends to support decision-making. • Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, tax, and social security queries, providing clear and reliable guidance. • Work in coordination with other HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues efficiently. • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, identifying and implementing new perks to enhance engagement. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits team.
